ITG SynRM

SynRM technology offers concrete and multiple advantages over current solutions consisting of electromechanical winches or permanent magent motors, and our project earned the "Seal of Excellence" from the European Commission's "Horizon 2020" program dedicated to innovative SMEs.

Production

ITG Tecnologie's manufacturing activities are focused on the assembly and testing of high-precision mechnical parts that constitute safety components. In addition, ITG Tecnologie is preparing to manufacture the electrical windings of SynRm brushless motors and other high-tech components dedicated to products developed under its patent licenses.

MACHINES CAN DO IT BETTER

ITG Nehushtan's predictive maintenance system enables wide advantage over humans when accuracy and speed matter, not only in processing information about the operation of critical parts of the lift system, but also in more complex tasks such as generating reports and sending warning signals to multiple users, including users of the system.

WINNING SOLUTIONS

The ITG SynRM patent will enable the development of more efficient, extremely reliable and durable traction units with reduced environmental impact and fully recyclable.

HIGH IMPACT SERVICES

Our mission is to develop and provide services, no matter whether physical, logical, or both, that can produce a tangible benefit to all who operate or benefit from the lift facility.

THE FUTURE IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

There are industrial environments that are extremely conservative and characterized by very slow technological evolution. One of these concerns lifting equipment in general. However, they are almost always realities related to the transportation of people, who may be affected and suffer the inconvenience of their malfunction or their shutdowns, whether planned or unforeseen.
Today's technology has enabled us to patent systems that can prevent their failure by sending warning signals to those in charge of lifting equipment maintenance who, in a worst-case scenario, will know where to intervene from the very first moment, without having to resort to slow troubleshooting procedures, return to the company to equip themselves with what they need, and go to the equipment again to carry out the actual maintenance work.
